It is pH adjusted with coat conditioners added. It can be used at full strength or dilute up to 12-1.

Instructions:Shake well before using. Wet the coat thoroughly. Starting with the pet's head and neck (avoid contact with eyes) and working back to the tail, lather well into the coat. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
