A blend that combines each of our estates diversity and their best varieties. The base is Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides structure, while Merlot delivers red fruit and vitality in mouth. Carmnre adds weight and softness, as well as spices that combine beautifully with Petit Verdots smooth, complex finish. And finally, Cabernet Franc presents elegance and persistence.
The best lots are harvested and blended.One third of the wine is aged for 12 months in 5000 L foudres, the rest in French oak barrels, 18% new.
