Our R4 injectors are built from new bd code international 530 injectors. The advantage of using the international 530 injectors is, it's larger 17.5mm oil intensifier piston (a stock ford injector has a 16mm oil intensifier piston). This allows the injection event to happen a lot faster and is capable of delivering more fuel. Our R4 injectors use a single shot plunger design and a 7 hole 150% over nozzle (various nozzle sizes are available, call for custom setups). A larger (more volume) oil pump/pumps, custom tuning, and turbo upgrades are required to run this size of injector.
